WAIIQI Wave Circle — Monthly Subscription

1. Automatic monthly renewal

WAIIQI Wave Circle is a monthly subscription for a personalised collection of fashion accessories. It renews automatically every month until you pause or cancel it. There is currently no minimum membership term and no cancellation fee.

The product price for your market, the billing frequency and the full recurring total are shown before payment. Shipping is charged for every monthly delivery. The current WAIIQI shipping base is €10 per delivery, with the applicable local equivalent shown before payment.

2. Manage, pause, skip, resume or cancel

Sign in to your secure Shopify customer account and open Subscriptions to manage Wave Circle. From there you can update your payment method or shipping address, skip an eligible upcoming order, pause the subscription, resume it, or cancel it.

Pause and cancellation stop eligible future charges and deliveries. A cancellation cannot be undone; joining again requires a new subscription order. A skip applies only to the selected upcoming order. The current status and next billing date shown in your account govern each action.

3. Orders already created or paid

Pausing, skipping or cancelling does not automatically cancel or refund an order that Shopify has already created or charged. That order is handled separately under the WAIIQI Refund Policy. Contact hello@waiiqi.com promptly if you need help with an existing order.

4. Failed payments and inventory

If a recurring payment fails, Shopify is currently configured to make up to three further attempts, seven days apart. If all attempts fail, the subscription is cancelled and a notification is sent. WAIIQI does not begin curation or dispatch for an unpaid cycle.

If an order cannot be generated because of insufficient inventory, Shopify is currently configured to retry up to five times, one day apart. If all attempts fail, that order is skipped and a notification is sent.

5. Variable monthly contents

Each package is curated from your Wave Profile, the monthly creative direction and verified available materials. Exact colours, components and contents vary and are not guaranteed. Profile information is used for personalisation and fulfilment, not as marketing consent. See the WAIIQI Privacy Policy.

6. Returns and mandatory rights

Cancelling future renewals and returning a delivered package are separate actions. Returns are handled under the WAIIQI Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law, including rights relating to withdrawal and goods that are defective or not as described.

7. Annual member gathering

Any annual WAIIQI gathering is governed by separately announced eligibility, date, location, capacity and admission conditions. An invitation does not include travel or accommodation and has no stated cash value.
